I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spotlessly clean and spacious, with a great size for me and my family. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the free shuttle service to Universal Studios. The location was perfect, just a short distance from Universal Studios and other local attractions. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The hotel had everything we needed for a perfect trip. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always available. The room was clean, spacious, and had amazing views of Universal Studios and downtown LA. The location was ideal as it was within walking distance of Universal Studios and Citywalk. It was also very convenient for exploring Hollywood, Universal, and the surrounding area. The free shuttle bus provided easy access to Universal Studios, and there were plenty of transportation options like Uber to get around the city. this hotel had the best facilities, great transportation options, and a perfect location for our visit to Universal Studios.

The hotel is clean and well-maintained, with newer fixtures, furniture, floors, and walls. The view from our 23rd-floor room overlooking Universal Studios and the valley was amazing. We enjoyed the food at the hotel, which was very good. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Universal Studios, making it great for families with kids who want to rest right away. We appreciated the self-parking option, as we prefer not to valet every time.
