The hotel was conveniently located close to the Docks area, making it easy to visit the museums on the Waterfront in this city. The breakfast provided was great, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities provided were excellent.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, with easy access to car parking and the city centre. The staff were polite and eager to please, going above and beyond to accommodate us during a special circumstance. The hotel had good communication with us and even assisted in printing important documents for free. The facilities were excellent, and every staff member we encountered was extremely helpful and polite.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff, especially Katie who checked me in, was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was so quiet, I had a great night's sleep on the large comfy bed. The shower was fantastic and the views from my room were wonderful. The breakfast was lovely too. The location of the hotel was fantastic, close to the Liverpool exhibition centre, Pierre Marco White Wheelers restaurant, the Echo Arena where I attended a concert, and within walking distance to all the attractions. It was also conveniently close to a casino.

The location of this hotel was incredible, situated right on the Mersey waterfront with amazing views of the River Mersey and the city skyline. We loved being able to take a leisurely walk along the docks and being close to the refurbished attractions. The cleanliness of our room was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The staff were friendly and always ready to lend a helping hand. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We also had a fantastic dining experience at the adjoining restaurant.
