I promise, this will be the last time I write about it. But Mark Goodacre’s latest on this is really enlightening. I’d like to add some opinions I’ve been able to collected on this matter. I asked several professional epigraphers: Do think this is YONAH or a decorative motif at the base of the amphora ossuary? So, here are the answers:

Since even , if we had to decide on this as well, the majority of these epigraphers agree on what I wrote some time ago.
